Latin America provides a diverse range of opportunities for conducting Clinical Research; however, regulations and deadlines vary significantly among countries. Chile distinguishes itself by having well-defined regulatory timelines supported by local regulatory authorities. Since 2016, the Public Health Institute of Chile (ISP) has been accredited by the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), achieving Level IV Reference Regulatory Authority status—the highest standard in the Pan American Regulatory System.
