What’s New in Crohn’s Disease Care? ACG Publishes Updated Guidelines 

The American Journal of Gastroenterology (AJG) published in June 2025 the updated guideline on Crohn’s disease (CD), issued by the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG). This revision addresses the global increase in the incidence and prevalence of CD, along with the substantial growth in available therapeutic options since the previous guideline was released in 2018. The updated guideline aims to review the clinical features, natural history, diagnostic strategies, and therapeutic interventions for CD.
